The electronic invoice: what you need to remember for the sector of Associations

- 1st September 2027: all your sales data must be transmitted automatically to the administration: Total generalisation.

Before: paper invoices, Excel files, manual filing, possible errors, loss of administrative time
After: automation, real-time tracking (sent/received/paid), automatic archiving, data accessible to the accountant, more time for your members and your projects
Relations with businesses→ every invoice must go through an approved platform (end of paper or simple PDF)
Individual members→ your contributions, sales or services must be declared automatically to the administration
Grants / funding→ traceability and transmission via the platform also apply
Associations subject to VAT or not→ you are concerned, including those exempted
