Presentation of the Approved Platform (PA) - Scribee
Brief presentation of your organisation (History, expertise, market positioning, etc.):
Founded in 2025, Scribee was born within an IT group dedicated to the accounting and financial sphere. For over 15 years, Idocus (www.idocus.com) has been supporting accountants and financial departments in the field of automation (OCR, LAD) and data structuring, while Kwote (www.kwote.fr) organises thecredit management(customer risk, collections, improvement of DSO, credit insurance and factoring)
Your vision of electronic invoicing and the 2026 reform: (What major challenges do you see for businesses?)
A key reform to enable process optimisation and better automation within companies, electronic invoicing is a major issue for the financial... and tax sphere!
Your approach to support: (How do you help your clients prepare and adapt?) :
First and foremost, it is about properly mapping flows and processes to best prepare for the reform. Scribee aims to be a flexible solution that allows for better automation of the finance function at the heart of SMEs/ETIs, without major upheaval. In connection with Idocus, data structuring is a plus, as is Kwote's support for better debt collection, a key tool in 2026.
